Collins and Company, Inc., has a number of key employees whose job is to assist and provide the best quality service available. The president of the company is Mr. James Johnston.
Assisting Mr. Johnston is Vice President Greg Bankston and the corporate office Claims Supervisors. Mr. Jess Robertson has many years with our company and with insurance carriers in supervisor roles. Sandra Bucher is the Controller/CFO. Chris Cain is Claims Supervisor over the Workers Compensation Risk Management Division.
Collins and Company, Inc., has a tremendous base of experience in our offices. We currently boast an average claims experience level of around 20 years per person for the company as a whole. This gives us the unique ability to handle unique and complex losses of all types, as well as large volumes of losses on a timely basis. Several of our large loss specialists also have legal degrees and judicial backgrounds. We believe the level of experience we have is superior in the claims, risk management and safety business.
